Our Programs
The Omegas of Greenwood Foundation requests your support as a contributor or sponsor to our fundraising campaigns. As a community service organization, we strive to make a difference in the three-county area consisting of Greenwood and the surrounding counties of Abbeville and McCormick counties. We take pride in the support and uplift that we’ve provided to the young people through scholarships, boys camp, and talent hunt programs over the past 40 years.

Scholarships
More than $25,000 in scholarships have been awarded to graduating high school seniors over the last 10 years to assist them as they entered their first semester of the college of their choice. Each award recipient was selected based on a combination of the candidates’ character, values, commitment to their community, academic leadership and aptitude (grade point average). Each application was also accompanied by a character and leadership letter from the students’ high school guidance counselor.
